I am a fully qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor from Wealden Psychology Institute in East Sussex. I’m an Accredited Member of NCPS. I practice in line with their code of ethics. I am a qualified Clinical Supervisor from the Link Center, and an EMDR therapist.
I have been fortunate enough to have many years at home bringing up our four children and now cherish time with our grandchildren. Since our four have grown up I wanted to do something that would help others reach their full potential and overcome difficulties experienced earlier in their life, enabling them to be the best version of themself.
I have a private practice with clients from all backgrounds.
Ranging from teenagers, adults and elders. You are never too young or too old to benefit from counselling or EMDR therapy.
I also offer counselling, supervision and EMDR therapy to student counsellors whilst they do their training and beyond.
I have worked in a mixed secondary school with Students from ages 11-19 years old, some have suffered real mental health struggles and counselling does have a positive impact on the lives they go on to have.
I also ran a training program in school to counsellors wishing to work with CYP in line with the BACP competencies.
